3 days ago I started a low carb diet. I’ve eaten barely any carbs so far (completely ruling out bread all together) I’ve also started cooking dinner with lots of fruits and vegetables. I haven’t started any exercise as such yet, I always walk around the city a lot but that’s really it. If you have any tips or advice for my diet please let me know! I’m finding it difficult to almost cut out all my carbs :(
I went on a few runs last week which I was so proud of! But then I fucked it up, thank you drunken McDonald’s runs on the weekend. Too much alcohol and fatty food. Going to go for a run this afternoon/gym.
